I have synced Debian packages and repositories with Arabeyes CVS: -dictionaries-common has been reported to the relevant package -aptitude has been commited in the maintainer repository (even if incomplete...and even if aptitude is broken with UTF-8 currently...and probably has no support for BiDi)
