Salam all, With my big respect to Isam, I want us to behave equally to any member of Arabeyes: Like The KDE maintainer before him (I forgot his name), if Isam can't handle this due to lack of time or any other cause, it would be good to move the torch to the next person wanting to take the leadership. It is vital to give responsibilities to ppl who want it AND to not make ppl frustrated for a long time, else you'll loose them... But I suppose you know this better then me...
