I found the July snapshot there OK yesterday.
docbook-xsl-snapshot.zip and
docbook-xsl-ns-snapshot.zip appear to be
identical. Works fine with Oxygen 8.2

I don't find docbook5-xsl-snasphot archive like I found one dated from june 7.
I tried docbook-xsl=-ns-shapshot, but it seems is not that.
