The snapshot build appears to be fixed now. There are snapshots dated 22
July, and they are the right ones.

I found the July snapshot there OK yesterday.
docbook-xsl-snapshot.zip and
docbook-xsl-ns-snapshot.zip appear to be
identical. Works fine with Oxygen 8.2

june 7.
I tried docbook-xsl=-ns-shapshot, but it seems is not that.
