It's really whatever fits best into how the tools works and such. How hard are they to setup? Does it work with the standard perl/whatever install on daedalus? If they do and a cvs checkout can make you ready to go, then just having each user use their own lib dir makes sense; if it requires more installs from CPAN etc, then having a "group user" like we have apmail makes sense. > > No, that would be silly.
