Well both Netscape and MSIE on Win32 do.
mozilla in both Windows and Linux doesn't show them. Konqueror doesn't, but Galeon does.
galeon 1.2 on linux doesn't :( none of the non-text browsers on linux that I've tried works. But it's great that others will find it useful. You can test it now in the usual place:

mozilla has been driving me nuts with it slow rendering speed and view source that reloads the page (very helpful when looking at POST results!!!).
So far, they are a nice addition.
I haven't tried with lynx yet.
this one definitely works :) ALT tags are the salvation of the text browsing :)
