Yes, that's what I was thinking.  Maybe not that many lines tall, but yes
that's the idea.

Yes, it's much easier to write more casual.  I don't think the entire site
needs to be in third person, but maybe the home and about pages, just to be
a bit more formal/professional.

I'll try to give some examples tomorrow.
