In the book that Eric and I are working on we have a first chapter: 'Getting your feet wet' which does exactly what you suggest. And it's a good thing.


All we need is to add another chapter to the guide, make it first and link to it from where you want. I'll see if I can steal it from our book :)

Oh, BTW, I think the <h*> styles should be black, not gray.  If you look at
that About page you can see how the <h1> header, because it is lighter, is
not as much a header as just the <b> sections.  It recedes, as my friend says.
