For the .gif requirement... hmm, I didn't even know that :) But I guess we're not changing the reqs?
Nothing is cast in stone. i've made the assumptions based on my personal experience from the previous century. If things have changed since then and our requirements were archaic and "wrong", of course we need to change them. All we need is a trusted person who is in the ad business these days and knows well what are the "good" requirements.
