This belongs to the modperl list, in fact to the httpd-dev list. The error message is generated by Apache, not mod_perl.

In any case mod_perl problems aren't discussed here.

Hello,

I'm trying to find out why I get the following message:

    Aapache/1.3.24 (Win32) mod_perl/1.27.01-dev running....
[crit] (109)The pipe has been ended: setup_inherited_listeners:
Unable to read socket data from parent

This comes about when a specific (custom) module is loaded,
though the module compiles from the command line, and runs
on a near-identical software-setup on a different machine.

Any pointers appreciated.

Thanks
lee
