All the docs and many of the comments still refer to
Doctrine::FETCH_ARRAY, when it seems to have been removed from the code.
As far as I can tell, it should know read Doctrein::HYDRATE_ARRAY. As a
new user of Doctrine, this is incredibly confusing and I had to grep the
Doctrine tree to find the solution.
