If the naming scheme for foreign key will be something like
`fk_%relationAlias__%tableName` we should easily reverse engineer the
relation alias, which would be quite usefull at import schema task.
Maximum identifier length is not problem only by foreign key constraints,
but also other identifier like column names, table names, all constraint
names (at least in Oracle).
