Just an fyi, this name is needed by doctrine so that one foreign key,
index, etc, can be identified from another. Before Doctrine wasn't able to
know the name of an existing foreign key that Doctrine created in order to
delete it since it didn't ever specify a name. Basically, if Doctrine
creates something, it needs a way to identify it so that the dbal can
delete it, change it, etc.
