Hi :) I think the NL wiki would only need a list of documents and links to where they can be accessed and edited. A possibly 3rd copy of the document would probably only add to the current possible confusion.

That's right. A wiki page would be good. But this also means, that the wiki page needs to have the documents in question. Just a list saying "I'm working on this document" doesn't do it if I have no idea where I can find the "original" document, that I'm going to translate.
