Hello Rafael

One very easy solution when copying and pasting, is to use paste special. Not 
sure what system you are using, but in macOS the command is Paste Unformatted 
Text. This means the paragraph and character styles are not pasted into the 
target file. After pasting the text uses the paragraph style you pasted into. 
You have to reapply any character styles if necessary.

This is the method I use when updating chapters to the 7.0 template.
