Look at the Amazon.com Web Service for an example of a well
documented interface. XML Web Services are language and platform agnostic.
Since OPS/TPP messages are already XML, this seems very doable. I've been
begging for this for over 2 years.
QuickBooks also has an XML request processor with a nicely
documented API and code samples in numerous languages.
We have a request processor written in ASP.NET (uses HTTP
POST) - but there is a lot of work left defining all the messages, the
message workflow and the UI.
