If you plan to try out CCS when it becomes available (which I'm told is
soon), you're going to need to make sure that these two changes have
been made to the default IIS/PHP setup:
1. That IIS accepts "/" as a GET parameter separator.
2. That OpenSSL is enabled in your PHP configuration.
