We'll stick with the "reply-to" the way it is, for a couple of reasons, most notably:
1. It's a mailing list convention
2. The "Principle of Least Damage" mentioned in the article that Michael pointed to (thanks, Michael!)
For those of you who'd rather have the one-click "reply to list" functionality, there's always the option of accessing the discussion via NNTP or the web.
