I also would question loudly the association with a company such as
Constant Contact. They do after all no matter their efforts contributes to
the problem's of Spam.
No matter what Constant Contact claims are about being "opt in" it never is
100% and even 1 bad apple is to much on this topic. This type of service is
still the biggest nightmare we administer against in the email/spam
business.
I have spoken at some length with my tucows rep about this. I understand
the verdict is still out as to acceptance on this.
What matters to me as a business owner is what do my clients say. After all
they pay the bills here and either take the services or don't take it.
I have spoken to several of my larger clients about this subject and what do
they say
" JUST how valid are your efforts to sell emaildefence when you also
sell a service that contributes to the need to have email defense.?
Is that not like selling drugs and running a rehab clinic?"
I do believe tucows management took a look at all these issues but having
said that why did you go ahead ? I will not run away form tucows over this
but I do fell its asking for lots of trouble.
I suggest strongly at another look at this one? MY option only.
