Just received the notice that OpenSRS is offering Constant Contact's 'Email Marketing Service"

I've had roving/constant contact blocked here for spamming since 2001.
Constant Contact also has written editorials against confirmed opt-in
mailing lists. See

How carefully was this compnay looked at ?

I couldn't agree more. Their refusal to stop blatant spammers from using their service also makes Constant Contact spammers, pure and simple. They've been listed on-and-off at Spamhaus for years, and many ISPs quite rightfully have them completely blocked.

As others have pointed out, selling both anti-spam services and Constant Contact mailing services would be more than a little cynical. Constant Contact is quite definitely part of the spam problem that makes people want anti-spam services in the first place.

Doing business with these people is a bad move. It diminishes Tucows' reputation a great deal.
