Yes, something where I can file bugs and feature requests and probably
more important: Search for existing ones.

Yes, tracking bugs and feature requests automagically over long terms.

Probably.

I think bugzilla would fit my personal needs quite well. It's probably
not perfect as a knowledge base but it fits the first two requirements
very well.

Make sure your solution is going to scale and being long lived. One of
my bugzilla mail accounts has seen 20'000 Mails in the last 4 years and
that's not even a project where I participate that much.
