I used to get a lot of these so I made the customers the tech contacts.

They are and they will.
I think I am still in contempt of court in new York and unable to enter the 
US because I refused to attend a court hearing in a spamming case where we 
were the RSP for the domain but did not provide any of the services.
We were listed as tech contact so we got subpeonad (sp?).
I was fined $50 and have not paid it yet.......
