I used my own fax number in the client's SSL cert order - and it was included in the TrueBiz site seal information!
Should it truly be a mandatory field on the order form? It could be mandatory for processing the order, but a lot of businesses do not have their own faxes (yes, even in this day and age). So what are they expected to do? Can you make a distinction in the order form somehow w/r to what information appears linked to the seal and what information is solely for completing the order? She will contact Geotrust to have it removed; hopefull they will.
