I hear what you are saying. This has been going on for over a year now in some 
cases. I do know that there are regulations against gross undercutting prices 
(the Competition Act) but it only applies to Canada. SEE:

I have asked a friend of mine (in the legal trade) to see if this would qualify 
as a violation of such laws, since they are selling the product intentionally 
below market value to attract sales. The NAMESPRO $12.88 is borderline in my 
opinion but NETFIRMS $9.95 is undercut and may qualify.

The thing is that to be effective in any complaint about this, we would need to 
get a few effected domain name resellers to sign off on the complaint to the 
competition bureau.
