If the root domains is at OpenSRS, let Support know the nameserver names 
and we can probably use some magic to purge it.  I think the process 
used to handle registered nameservers for domains going into redemption 
can be used for this.

The Registry may not accept a loopback IP, but you could probably use 
other non-routables like 192.168.1.0 (I'm talking before testing, but 
just a guess :)
