Simon, Some registrars have migrated to EPP and others have yet to complete. All registrars must be EPP by October 2006.
Tucows is still in RRP mode and we are planning our migrations in late summer. That being said, there should be no problems transferring domains between registrars using different protocols because at the moment, the registry is supporting both.
