Some registrars have migrated to EPP and others have yet to complete.  All
registrars must be EPP by October 2006.

Tucows is still in RRP mode and we are planning our migrations in late
summer.

That being said, there should be no problems transferring domains between
registrars using different protocols because at the moment, the registry is
supporting both.

Client trying to take out a ".COM" to Easyspace is getting stuck on
requirement for EPP.

Tucows support assure me that EPP isn't active yet for .COM....

I assume this is a problem with the tools at the far end, but anyone else
seen
this? Know what he is talking about.

I'll try asking for account details and see if I can see anything in the
remote ends web interface.
