We tried to renew .eu domain names and this was not possible, because the domain name is "scheduled for deletion".
This status was set 2 months(!!) before the expire date in the registry! Is it possible to remove the domain from this queue? I also have seen that we have a lot of domains in this status, because we renew domain names 12 days before the expire date automatically. Can anybody tell me what to do and how to renew .eu domain names closer to the expire date than 2 months?
