We tried to transfer .eu with the RWI but
it was impossible to do so because we got
the error
.. failed to check tech contact .. because of too much penalty points
Seem that some of the resellers are abusing the .eu-whois?
Another question:
We have several 'pending .eu transfers' because of
'waiting for registry approval'
How to get these domains transferred?
