Hey Paul, I think you were given a bum code -- it looks like the max is 16. With OpenSRS you can change them (in Domain Extras inside Mange), so I'd see if they have the same functionality over there.
For the transfer, there's no real trick or change in process, but it's possible the email was eaten. I seem to remember something about high profile .TV domains remaining with the Registry but can't find any info to back me up. Give it another shot and if it's still hung give us a shout -- the problem may be specific to that domain for some reason. - andrewm Paul Gordon wrote: > 1.
