That no problem concerning the reply via the support email,
 but I still need to know whether there is a possibility to
 get a bulk transfer of the .eu domains, because they are
 expiring soon, respectively the registration date was 7th of
 April, so transfer should start soon.
 
 Would be probably also interesting for the other members of
 the list how to start a buld trasnfer of .eu via the RWI
 (or should this be done by Tucows directly)

I've had the pleasure of speaking to most of you already, but for those I've

not yet met, please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Hutch Morzaria

& I'm the Director of Technical Support here at Tucows.  



As some of you have no doubt seen in my earlier post to the email defense

discuss list, we are currently behind the eight ball with regards to our

responses just due to the overwhelming volume of support requests we've

received.  I would like to apologize most sincerely for the delayed

responses you've all been receiving with regards to your support requests

over the past little while.  The issues with email defense caught us a

little bit unprepared but we've already taken quite a few steps internally

to address the current backlog and also to ensure that we don't get caught

similarly in the future. 

 

New staff are being trained as we speak & I hope to have them in place on a

staggered basis starting Monday of next week ... My existing team is putting

in some significant overtime to try & catch up & we've also brought in

resources from other departments inside Tucows that are skilled in our

services.  All efforts are being made to ensure that the extended response

times is not a sustained issue & I will continue to advise further as we

progress.



Please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you feel these steps aren't

sufficient or that they're taking too long to bear fruit.  In addition, if

you have an urgent escalation that you need immediate attention on, I am

always checking my email.

 3 days ago I had sent an email to reseller support email concerning a  bulk
transfer of .eu domain (75) via the RWI, but I got no reply.
 
 Perhaps somebody of Tucows may want to reply this way.
 All the domains have the some owner/whois.
 
 I am already getting tired to do all the others transfers manually one by
one.
