Tx for the quick reply, Adam. I'm asking about current Opensrs pricing, not future pricing.
Why are .net's priced the same as .com's at Opensrs? Same basic question for .orgs, if they are being bought for less $ than .com's by Opensrs. What does verisign charge registrars for .com/ .net./ .org domains? I tried to dig around the icann site to find out, but couldn't find it. As far as i know, this info is public knowledge, or has spilled all over the .net. tx, josh on 4/6/07 1:33 PM, Adam Eisner at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Hi all, > > We've actually been reviewing our pricing in anticipation of VeriSign > announcing a price increase; we'll provide more details about our > plans shortly. > > Have a good weekend, > > -adam > > > > -- > Adam Eisner > Product Manager, Domains > Tucows Inc. > > > > > On 6-Apr-07, at 12:26 PM, Dave Warren wrote: > >> In message <mailman.467.1175825540.29306.domains- >> [EMAIL PROTECTED]> >> jm <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> >>> just read this about new icann pricing: >>> >>> transfer of a .net domain name registration from one ICANN-accredited >>> registrar to another will be US $3.85. >>> >>> >>> I will guess that opensrs is currently paying less/considerably >>> less for >>> .net's than .com's.
