it's becoming a bit of a repeating issue on the forum, but once more: how 
do we get Tucows support?

my colleague is trying to register a .de domain, and something is not 
working. as with earlier incidents, the problem really is somewhere in the 
Tucows system: we can't do anything through the reseller interface, and the 
German DENIC folks (always very helpful in my experience) say there is 
nothing in their system

so... emailing support - no response, trying to call - can't get through

domain name registration is not our core business, we like to have a good 
backend service provider so that we can be a one-stop-shop for our clients 
and do these things as simple added value

but now with the same client suffering again from a very problematic 
registration process for a second .de domain, it's really having a negative 
impact on our reputation. and not being able to do anything ourselves is 
extremely frustrating

...

any suggestions for and experiences with another domains and certificates 
back-end provider are welcome, we need to find something that works better 
for us
