Have to say we usually get good response from support for urgent issues, you 
are using the "reseller-support" address? Does seem to have got worse 
recently with the email problems.

We handle UK domains ourselves, but then my employers also bear part of the 
responsibility for founding Nominet (sorry guys), so that is historical 
accident.
