One thing to check on your end is whether your CC company is refusing 
the transaction.  I had a problem with that one time, when the automated 
"fraud" code got triggered accidentally.  In my case, it was probably 
because Tucows is in Canada (and I'm not), though I doubt that is the 
case for you, given your rogers.com address...
