I've noticed the RWI and RWI2 have been extremely slow while Tucows has been on this holiday weekend. In fact trying to process certs in the RWI2 is downright horrible.
We've been trying all weekend to get a cert renewal through and finally got the system to change status to "in progress". Then a little while later the cert renewal failed with "Certificate request not accepted by supplier: Validation Failed". Support has been contacted... P.S.
