Yeah, well, Geotrust thinks otherwise: http://www.geotrust.com/resources/refund_policy/index.asp "If a Subscriber has paid the fees for the Certificate to another party such as ba reseller, the Subscriber should request the refund from that party." Does that mean the customer contacts me? Or do I contact Tucows? Why would Geotrust accept a cancelation from me but not the customer? Is my name, as the reseller, anywhere on the certificate order?
