Hello,

I'm not sure what GeoTrust considers a reseller but our arrangement with 
them is handled differently. Once GeoTrust refunds the Cert, the money 
will go back into your account automatically.

Please note that GeoTrust doesn't know or care that you are a Tucows 
Reseller. To them it's a GeoTrust Cert.
