Thanks for helping us find and quash a bug in our new email ticketing 
system.    The problem was due to an employee being out of the office 
and their autoresponder replying to the ticketing system, which 
generated the email out to you. 

We have corrected the problem in the new system so this should not 
happen again.   Your issue was escalated last week and is in the hands 
of our Development group at the moment.   We hope to have an update for 
you shortly on it.
