It would be nice if there was a way to download ALL our data from the RWI in one shot, so we could make offline backups, printouts of old transactions, etc., like the "Date Portability" movement: http://www.dataportability.org/ I'm not sure what Tucows' data retention policies are (hopefully "forever"), but it would let folks decide independently to have a potentially longer period. > > We really like Tucows and don't have any plans to move anywhere else.
