Hi Jeremy,

I think the best way is to do this through their support line at 1-(888)-642-9675, they will then send the authorization code in an email to the admin contact.

I don't have any domains there any more, so I wasn't able to try this, but this here seems to describe how to do it:

https://support.domainit.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=1751

1. Click the Domains left menu tab
2. Click Manage Domain Names
3. Click the domain name that you want to manage
4. In the Domain Protect row, click "Turn Off or Request Authorization "
5. Click the Off radio button
6. Click Save

Hope this helps,
/FM

How can I get NetSol to give me the Auth Code for a domain? I've logged into the management section and there is no way to action this myself. I have placed 7 support tickets in the past two days and still no response. Anyone have any idea how I can do this? Its holding up a transfer.
Thanks.
