Hi Jeremy,

I think the best way is to do this through their support line at 1- (888)-642-9675, they will then send the authorization code in an email to the admin contact.

I don't have any domains there any more, so I wasn't able to try this, but this here seems to describe how to do it:

https://support.domainit.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=1751

1. Click the Domains left menu tab
2. Click Manage Domain Names
3. Click the domain name that you want to manage
4. In the Domain Protect row, click "Turn Off or Request Authorization "
5. Click the Off radio button
6. Click Save

Thanks Mike. As it turns out apparently I am not the primary contact and that is why I cannot get this info. I took over hosting our Jaycees web site and as such to save the club money was gonna transfer the domain to OpenSRS and foot the bill. Unfortunately the last guy that set this up is not reachable, nor is his email, so we are at square one it would appear. Calling NetSol ended up being more of a sales pitch than help. They tried to lower the price to $15 for the domain to keep us, and kept telling me that OpenSRS was not secure and that I would risk losing my domain if I transfered. Of course we all know from the sales ladies call that NetSol invented domains and the internet as she kept trying to tell me. It was hard not to laugh.

Oh well... I'll have to go the fax route I guess. Thanks again!

Jeremy Anthony Kinsey
