Just got my box set!

Really love the book. Alot of facts I really never knew and I've been a fan
for more than 20 years. Very informative & enjoyable.

Interesting single edits of "Wheels Of Fortune" & "Sweet Maxine". Speaking
of "Maxine", the version on Disc 4 is pretty cool but why was it called
"Argentine Grape"? This is one of my favorite all-time songs and it was
worth the 50 bucks I paid for the box just to hear this early version of the
song. Even though overall, I like the version that made it onto "Stampede" ,
I love the line: "From Dallas to New Orleans, everybody knows Sweet
Maxine"!!!! Tommy occasionally sings it live when I've seen them and now I
know where it comes from. Also, Little John's "Spiel" is absolutely
hilarious! I couldn't stop laughing when I heard it. Shoul'd've made the
album!

Also, the photo in the back of the book showing the current band in '98 was
probably taken here in CO at Red Rocks last summer. I remember Big Mike
wearing the Broncos shirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy the box!!!
