As a long time Doob fan from 1972 I've found that it takes very little
effort to love those songs, however some are weaker than others. For
instance I was disappointed that Natural Thing was included on the box set
in lieu of Evil Woman both from The Captain and Me. I was also disappointed
that For Someone Special was not included. To me it's those obscure songs
that are better than the"hitz" that get far too much airplay.

Great question Jeff.
My 2 cents are that it has been different with their songs. Daughters of the
Sea and China were instant while a song like Excited just kinda grew on me.
Most get sold with their awesome live performances.
