Here is my response to imix. I'm not going to leave them alone until
they DO SOMETHING!

Thank you for your quick response. With today's technology it is
possible to burn a CD without any gaps between tracks. I have fixed the
CD myself by first importing all the tracks to my hard drive and then
simply burning a new CD with a software program that allows
"disc-at-once" mastering. My new CD is burned properly and can play in
any CD player WITHOUT gaps while still enabling access to each track
through the index marks I built into the CD.
I don't feel that anyone should have to go through this effort after
purchasing the CD's through your Web Site. Please speak with your
technical staff about this problem and let me know what I can do to
help. The CD's can be burned properly with the correct software. I will
be happy to offer any insight and technical assistance needed to correct
this serious problem with your product.
I will be happy to send you my corrected CD for your inspection. Please
look into this quickly, as you will soon have many unsatisfied customers
who will demand a replacement for their defective CD's. I hope we can
work together to fix this problem quickly.
