Hello, Maybe this is just because I'm running Fedora but - basic install of OO.o from the main repos through Yum.
Open Calc select a cell click the little = sign by the function bar Open the function wizard (odd icon to the left of the Sigma Category statistics TTEST is listed under those functions Sorry if I've missed something critical but I think that TTEST should act in the same way as the one in Excel.
