I don't know of any Libraries being closed, and I don't have good links into the library service. The libraries are being helped to become community libraries, or as I refer to it, being released into the wild. I do understand that all the public use computers are going to be updated throughout the Library service, but I don't know when. If your other suggestion doesn't bear fruit, or screens, I'll ask. When one of the computers in Colehill library had been out of action for about three months, I contacted the library service and asked if they would permit me to have a look at it. Resounding Negative response! A few short weeks after they came and fixed it - took it away so that there was no broken PC there.
