It was just a simple calculation based on the number of pixels in the image and
assuming a frame rate of 30fps. Having done some measurements here on the
network, both Skype and Tox take around 45 - 54 kbps when there is plenty of
headroom. When I was calling my mother this morning the internal bandwidth was
up to around 900 kbps, clearly way beyond the broadband link's capabilities. I
assume that the extra 850 kbps is the resends.

The problem is Skype, but Microsoft are ignoring it.

Version 4.2.0.11 worked and V4.3.0.37 doesn't, but Microsoft have barred old
versions, so I can't log in with V4.2.0.11 any more.
