Unlikely unless there were several devices that happened to have the same IP
Address as the Charger; it has been given at least four since this morning.
The Router is a Netgear D7800 and only five static IPs have been set up. The
Charger's IP Address is visible in the 'Attached Devices' list and there are
no devices unaccounted for.
None of the attached devices are running a DHCP Server; the Pi that did that
is in the cupboard and it did it on another sub-net anyway.
