It's not finished yet.  I have to fully integrate the sockets code and perhaps 
pretty it up a bit.

If you need it soon, let me know off list and I'll push it as an interim 
version.

If you go to the 'Manage your Content and Devices' Page and click on a Title 
it's one of the options provided.

One annoying thing when it comes to textbooks is that you cannot copy the text 
in any Kindle type, so you have to type the code by hand.  Not at all easy 
when the Reader is on the same screen as the editor!

Firefox isn't the problem; that was the only browser it worked on.  The 
problem is the book itself.  I've been on to Amazon and they said that not all 
books are indexable; not very useful for a text book.  Apparently this one is 
if you use the right reader.
